The Wood Defender Pro Fence Staining Equipment Package is a turn key operation. The package includes everything needed to start a successful fence staining operation.The fence staining equipment package includes all tools, materials and equipment to successfully and efficiently complete a staining job.The Pro Package eliminates unnecessary trips to the store shopping for miscellaneous supplies. The ST-250 is designed for the professional fence stain applicator. Built with two 50-gallon tanks for primary colors, a siphon tube for unique colors, an industrial Hannay hose reel with hydraulic swivel and 300’ of hose, Honda5.5HP motor for easy starts and lasting performance, and all built on a heavy duty MIG welded frame. This machine has proven its reliability and performance in the field. We are confident that this piece of equipment alone will help your business succeed. Double Hose Reel Add-on Package:
The Double Hose Reel Option is designed to primarily be used for a bleaching application, however it can be plumbed into the ST-250 with the aid of hydraulic quick disconnects to spray stain on large jobs.

Bleach Spray Package:
Utilizes a 12-volt pump powered by a gell cell battery which draws bleach from a 16 gallon tank. The bleach sprayer is designed using a unique hose reel, spray wand and fittings that aren’t susceptible to the corrosive properties of bleach.

Trailer & Accessory Fence Staining Equipment Package:
This package includes all necessary items for the application and cleanup of Wood Defender fence stain. Within the fully enclosed custom aluminum 6’ x 10’ trailer we have included everything from drop cloths to brushes, garden hose to extra spray wands. No detail was overlooked!

Fence Staining Equipment

The ST-250 spray machine is designed for the high volume fence staining professional. This machine works best when mounted on a flatbed truck, utility trailer, van, or cargo trailer. The ST-250 is our top of the line machine and is used in our Pro Package. No expense was spared when designing this fence staining machine. With this machine stainers have the option of keeping two primary colors in the two 50 gallon tanks. It also incorporates a syphon tube used to pump directly from a bucket in the event a special color is required. The ST-250 includes an industrial quality Hannay hose reel loaded with 300’ of high grade vinyl hose. The hose is clear to allow visible color changes.

To power the ST-250 we selected a Genuine Honda GX-160 motor. The Honda is rated at 5.5 horsepower and is a true commercial engine. The Honda is running a belt driven pump capable of 300 psi. The pump used was selected based on its durability and performance. It is built to withstand the properties of Wood Defender Stain.

The Wood Defender ST-2W is specifically designed for the application of chemicals used to prepare a fence or deck for the staining process. It is compatible with caustic strippers, oxalic acids, and hypochlorite solutions (bleach). The ST-2W utilizes PVC fittings and a composite wand to aid in its chemical resistance. The pump selected for the ST-2W is a standard Shur Flo on demand 12 volt DC model offering 50 psi @ over 1 gallon per minute. This pump is available at many retail locations nationwide and was selected for its low cost, ease of replacement, and availability. The ST-2W is built on a heavy duty steel powder coated frame and attached to a hand truck for mobility. A high quality AGM Gel Cell battery is included. The combination of battery and on demand pump guarantees a full day of work on a complete charge. Cart Machine

The Wood Defender SC-5 Cart is a fence and deck staining machine powered by a 12 volt DC power supply. It is a portable compact cart, incorporating a quality pump and built to carry and spray directly from a five gallon bucket of material. This machine is designed for the contractor seeking a handy sprayer capable of applying high volumes of stain at 5-200 PSI. The SC-5 Cart is built on a heavy duty steel frame and intended for every day commercial use. It is extremely ergonomic and pushes very well up and down hills. The large wheel size helps tremendously when navigating rough terrain. The unique bucket cover reduces any mess or spill associated with moving the machine. The pump selected for the SC-5 is capable of spraying 5-200psi @ over 1 gallon per minute. The pressure is adjustable so it can be fine-tuned for all spray applications. Bucket Top Sprayer

The S-5 Bucket Top Sprayer is a compact portable 110 volt AC powered stain machine. This machine is designed for spraying directly from a five gallon bucket. It is very well suited for contractors staining decks in close proximity to a power outlet. Running the stain machine on AC power eliminates the expense, maintenance, and charging of DC batteries. The Wood Defender S-5 Bucket Top Sprayer is also an excellent choice for in-house staining in wood shops and pre-staining fence materials. The pump selected for the S-5 Bucket Top Sprayer is capable of 200psi @ over 1 gallon per minute. The pressure is adjustable so it can be fine-tuned for all spray applications. The S-5 Bucket Top Sprayer is a heavy duty machine built for every day commercial use. The bucket ring and pump frame are MIG welded and built from heavy duty steel.
